We cannot thank Dyno Heating and Cooling enough for saving our Christmas Eve! We came home to discover our oil burner wasn’t working—on one of the coldest nights of the year. After calling around with no luck, we reached out to Dyno Heating and Cooling, and they were incredible from start to finish. Kristy, the receptionist, was so helpful and reassuring when we called in our panic. She quickly arranged for Mike to come out to help us and made the whole process stress-free. Mike arrived at our house within 45 minutes of our late-night call (at 10:30 pm!). Despite not having worked with us before, he treated us like loyal customers. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part, and even stayed an extra 20 minutes to make sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. The service was professional, fast, and extremely reasonably priced—especially for an emergency call so late at night. Both Kristy and Mike went above and beyond to take care of us. We highly recommend Dyno Heating and Cooling and will absolutely be calling them again for any future heating or cooling needs. Thank you for turning a stressful situation into a great experience!

Mike and John from Dyno were fantastic start to finish. I had a very complex setup in my unit. The ac was about 40 years old and corroded, the water heater 20+ years old and leaking. They ripped out everything, cleaned it all, put in brand new units and fixed a decaying retainer box within 8 hours. Any questions I had, as silly as they were, Mike had an answer. It all made sense to someone with little to no knowledge of how air conditioners work. I would recommend them for any ac issue, big or small. Thank you dyno for everything

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. Was so stressed out when our heat stopped working on the coldest nights in January. I called around to a bunch of emergency services, and Mike was one of the only ones who answered, made me feel calmer by explaining what the issue could be. He got here early the next morning, figured out the issue very quickly, and stayed in communication with me for serval hours to make sure the heat was improving. Walked ha thought the set up of the new thermostat to make sure we wouldn’t run into any issues. Grateful for his help, patience, support, and communication. Signed up for the service contract with Dyno to have peace of mind incase there issues arise again unexpectedly. Thanks Mile!

The owner Mike is great! I called him and explained the situation I was having with my Central Air and he came immediately. Explained to me what was wrong and gave me a few options to consider. Him and his team just finished the install of my new system and I couldn’t be happier! A truly amazing experience with Mike and his company, Dyno Heating and Cooling. I couldn’t be happier with my new system. Mike has great enthusiasm and knowledge for the product he sells. I replaced a 25 year old furnace and ac unit with a new, state of the art, 16 seer variable speed unit. My electric bill this summer will be cut in half at least. I’m thrilled. Great price too!
